Clare Gammons – Director

Has over 25 years’ experience in education, both in mainstream and special school settings. Has spent over 12 years in school leadership, including 7 as a Head Teacher. Is a registered Ofsted inspector.

Matt Braginton - Director

Has a wide range of experience managing people in various settings and roles. Served 10 years in HM Royal Navy, completed 13 years working in the prison service and over 8 years working in education in both day-to-day operations and delivering programmes as part of schools’ PSHE offer.
